Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every purchase made on this website. Evermore Hollow is created and sold by Pauline (Art of Velaris). Contact: artofvelaris@gmail.com.

Products

All products are digital colouring books delivered as printable landscape A4 PDF files. No physical item is shipped. Each product page describes its content precisely. Colours on screen and on paper may vary depending on your device and printer.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; your card details never reach this website. The order is confirmed once the payment is accepted.

Delivery

Your download links appear immediately after payment on the confirmation page and are sent to the e-mail address entered at checkout. Links remain valid for 30 days — please save your files. If anything goes wrong, write to artofvelaris@gmail.com.

Right of withdrawal

Digital content supplied immediately is not eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has been made available, provided you have expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of this right — which you do by ticking the box before checkout. If a file is defective or does not match its description, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.

Licence & personal use

• The files are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may print the pages as many times as you like for yourself.
• You may not share, redistribute, resell or reproduce the files or illustrations, in whole or in part, in printed or digital form.
• You are very welcome to share photos of your finished, coloured pages on social media — please tag @ArtOfVelaris.

All illustrations remain the exclusive intellectual property of Art of Velaris.

Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Before any claim, please contact us so we can find an amicable solution. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
